Hey there, I’m glad you’re here! I’m Kim — born and raised in OC and now happily living in North County San Diego. I've been cooking since I was a teenager, and over time, it’s become more than just a hobby — it’s one of my love languages.
In 2023, I decided to turn that passion into something more by launching this charcuterie business. During the week, I’m committed to a career I’m so proud of. And I am so grateful to have this creative outlet on the side — something that brings me joy in a completely different (and delicious) way.
